How do you know if you are the top 5% of data users at Verizon?

Not that I would make the list but just would like to know? Does Verizon let's you know before they start messing with your bandwidth?

If you're asking the question, you probably are. I don't think they will notify you ahead of time, but I don't think they are applying this policy too much yet. Maybe when all of the grandfathers start using Netflix, xfinity streaming, etc, that will change.
