How do you open the back of this thing. Im scared I'd break it

Is there an SD card already in there? I had like 9.9GB available, but everyone I asked was saying there wasn't a 8GB SD card pre-installed like there was with the original Evo.

Manual is online, address is on 1st Page of the getting started guide. There's a notch on top right at the power button - use that to remove the glossy part of the back. Micro-sd slot is at top left, just slide it in.

We totally had to look it up. The guy at BB had no idea?

Ours did not come with an sd card already installed. You're just seeing the built-in internal memory.
