How do you remove BOTTOM cover?

I just got an insurance replacement... and NEED to remove the bottom cover without it taking my nails with it! PLEASE ASSIST ME!

The bottom cap of the ion isn't removable. You'll beat your nails up trying to take it off, I wouldn't bother.

in my experience you just have to hold it and push with both thumbs on mine it is hard to do so i understand your frustration!!!
