How do you remove headphone icon from notification baf

Headphone icon just popped up on my LG Lucky how do i get it off

Welcome to Android Central! I assume no headphones are connected, either via the headphone jack or wi-fi, correct?

Are media sound playing through the main speaker and phone calls coming through the earpiece speaker? Or is that all silent? If it's silent, then the jack probably thinks that a headphone is plugged in. Check the jack to make sure there isn't any debris in there.
