I did this.

rm /storage/extSdCard/download
ln -s /storage/sdcard0/download /storage/extSdCard/download.

I am not sure if this is what you are looking for but to set your SD Card as a default storage for Internet downloads, >open up your Internet browser, >press menu, >go to settings, >go to advance then from there you can set up your SD Card as default or your phone. Hopefully that helps and thanks.

Thanks man. I got that. I need a settings page like that for email attachments. I use default email app. The currently save to internal memory.
