I am currently using the Dark Void icon pack with a wallpaper from the same pack, and Nova Launcher set to hide the dock and status bar on a S8+

I still use an HTC One (m7) so apps are very basic and only what I need while out: email, calendar, GPS, music, Nest, and a few things to read. Also position the clickable items low and to the right so I can easily one-hand things.

Keeping with a minimalistic design I've utilized The Edge panel on my S8 to clean up the home screen a little bit. I've cleaned up the app drawer by putting everything or mostly everything in folders.
