Hello, i'm sorry if this topic has been posted already i'm new. I just want to know how do you take a screenshot with the Note 4? I have looked everywhere and cannot find any info on this, thanks.

Hmmm strange, when I press the home and power buttons simultaneously nothing happens, wonder if I may have a defective phone.

Well that should definitely work. Make sure you are holding them long enough. The other methods are palm swipe, which you can set under motion and gestures settings or using the screen write of the s pen (you don't have to end up writing anything).
Got it, you were right, looks like I just needed to hold the buttons down for a second longer, thanks a bunch for the help

You can also take the side of your hand and slide quickly across the screen. That also snaps a screenshot.

I find it easier to just pull out the s pen and do it that way. The other two seem like a hit or miss most of the time
