How do you turn off the Preview Message Feature?

Please help....I want the preview message disabled.Can someone please help me. Everytime i go into setting to unclick preview messages to turn it off...it defaults back on...omg its so annoying...i want it off!!! but it keep going back to being checked...i have a galaxy note 3
