First, try a general cache clear in Settings, Storage, Cached Data....clear the cache.
If no go, get back to us right here.

In most phones that kind of apps can't be uninstalled unless you root your phone. You can try to disable it in settings - apps. That worked for many people having the same problem with the contacts app.
