How does it feel in your hand and pocket after a few days or so?

Go with the HTC One. I sold my iPhone 5 for this beast and it amazing. I played around with s4. For me I have a hard time buying into a premium phone being plastic and as far as display , nothing tops the HTC One. But I could be a little biased.
