How does my phone already have some 4.1.2 features?

Apparently Sprint's version of Jelly Bean came with a few of these features like "Easy Mode", "Lock Ticker", "Low Light", and "Talk Back".

Good stuff Sprint! Now just waiting for this 4.1.2 to officially drop for Sprint. I heard sometime December, let's hope that's true.
