How does sprint TV look

Yea just checked mine and it was still choppy and grainy jsut like it was on the Pre. It will do in a pich though PS This is the live TV. Prerecorded shows play great

Never full screen, audio and video never sync up, often off by seconds rendering it unwatchable, so far.

I can't even get mine to load. It just keeps 'thinking'. What am I doing wrong? I have a 4G signal.
