I assume you are talking about AT&T???

If its in 30 days, they MAY charge you a small restocking fee, and any difference in the up-front cost of the new phone compared to the old phone.
Some times they waive the restocking fee, especially if you have valid complaints about the phone you are returning.

AT&T is actually pretty good about this.

Yep, pay the price difference between if any and the restocking fee, if I remember the fee is about $30?35.

Yes at&t,and alright thanks guys. And gonna be cheakin' out the s3 so mines not too valid but paying about 140 isnt too bigg of a deall. :P Dont get me wrong the one x is an awsome phone, but like in l the sgs3 vs one x forums its personal preferance. And i need that extra storage slot for all my docs i have to download for work. Thanks guys.
And i dislike all the random long vibrates that make me jump when unexpected lol.
