How does the Samsung release affect your views and/or opinions on the Pixel 4?

Personally, I prefer OneUI and Oxygen OS to stock Android, so >_<

Specs do matter though...with the Pixel 4, no algorithm could save it from the lack of an ultra-wide and a tiny 2,800mAh battery.

Personally I think the Pixel and Oneplus have the best android experience available. OneUi is a huge improvement but it is still a little bloated vs. Google and Oneplus imo and update speed is a huge issue too even if to be fair Samsung did better this year.

Was always with note series. Had pixel 2xl to try for sometime and loved it. The day Google adds a pen on their phone (which might never happen), I will say goodbye to note series.

It will be interesting to see if Google experiments with new form factors going forward. Maybe two screens like the Surface Duo or a foldable screen. It may be time that they switch things up.

My partner has an S8 from launch and its fine... Recently I had to use an old S7 as a back up for a couple of weeks was less than a chore than I thought it would be

I did the same. Sucked as it didn’t have all the t-mobile bands but it worked. Wasn’t a bad experience at all.
