How does the Samsung Trade in work?

I've played with carrier phones..

All a carrier is interested in is monthly payments..
You save nothing on the phone.

They offer you about 350.00 for your phone on a trade in toward a new phone.
Or you can keep your old phone.

Your call.

So will.you trade in your note 10+
Or your S20 phone toward a new note for 350.00

You don't think Best Buy won't finance you for a yr...
You save no money by going threw a carrier..
It cost you more in the long run.
And you got carrier bloatware on your phone.
You can finance at best buy also carrier or unlocked but thats up to the individual if they prefer that or carrier.

All I know is that after launch like every year, people with unlocked phones post all over the forum about why wifi calling doesn't work with their carrier (unless you're on T-Mobile). If all features worked with an unlocked phone, then I would always get an unlocked phone. Until then, I go carrier - pay it outright - then 30 days later, get an unlock code from the carrier. I've done that to all my Notes.

Wifi calling works on Verizon also. AT&T doesn't play nice with unlocked.

Some like carrier version nothing wrong with that , everyone different.
Exactly. I'm not understanding why its such a big deal as to how someone else chooses to spend their money. There's no incorrect way. It all comes down to preference and what you are able to do with YOUR finances at the time.

I was trying to hold all that in, but I thought he would have moved on by now..Sheesh.lol

I'm surprised that the table of values hasn't leaked yet. Maybe today.
