How has the G3 held up for you.

So now that the phone has been out for a few months, I'm curious to hear how the phone has held up for you guys. When I used the phone I did like it a lot, but was annoyed with some of the hitches it had on the home screen. I'm considering going back to it and just use nova launcher, but I'd love to hear if the phone has held up well so as far as battery, performance, and wear. I'm thinking of going back to it because I thought that even with those few performance issues it was probaly the nicest android phones I've used and I feel like the iPhone 6 didn't improve enough for me to upgrade to that.

The LG G3 machine? Zero Defects!!!!

Mav.

Sent from the future on my Sprint Tri-Band LG G3.

During about 2.5 months of ownership I've experienced three or four minor glitches, easily put right. Still think what I thought when newly-bought....wonderful phone!

Yup that is how I put it "glitches" as in nothing troublesome or that detracts me from saying the G3 is a great device :-)

Now that i am through the "I want a perfect phone and one that does everything I want and nothing I don't" phase lol The phone is great! Just paid it off with T-Mobile and opened up my upgrade and I still don't want a new phone.

Extremely happy with the phone and no glitches to speak of (although I do use Nova Launcher). The only thing I am a bit unhappy about is the back cover has started to creak a little after being removed a few times. Not as bad as the Samsung phones I have owned, but still it's there. Not really noticeable when it's in the cases I have, but definitely noticeable when it's out of a case.

I also wish they had made the notification LED brighter or mounted more at the surface of the phone. It can be hard to see in sunlight/well lit room.

Great phone. Wireless charging has gone out on me twice, though.

Very happy with mine. Had it since July 21st or so. Two months and still excellent!

Had it since it came out, August 1. IMO it's the Super Phone of 2014!

My only complaint is Wireless Charging is disabled?!?!? I basically spent $31 on a spare back cover. :( Ordered the Wireless Back on eBay.

It's been great for me so far, I've had it about a month. I came from a galaxy S4 and this has a better screen, better camera, longer lasting battery and is faster and more responsive.

I've had it for about a month or so. I have the bottom crack, the notification light is not 100 percent, but it usually works. I like using the handwriting keyboard, but it tends to bog down a lot, so I've stopped using it so much. The regular keyboard is very slow some times too, but it's generally good. I get the occasional hiccups people mention here, and I had expected the camera to be a little better in low light, but some quick editing clears that right up.

I chalk up most of my issues with this phone to Android growing pains, because I am still an OS10 guy, but the camera is very good, battery has stabilized and gotten pretty good, I love the screen and the way it shows colors, size is great. If I ever get rid of it, it'll be out of curiosity to play with something new, and not because I don't like the phone. Definitely a solid phone.

All good for me. No complaints at all. Good battery life, quick, smooth, fast charging and a screen second to none. Excellent camera. Something for the long term.

When I got it first the battery was awful, but after an LG update the battery is lasting all day with heavy usage. I use Apex launcher and SwiftKey. No problems at all with my LG G3.
