How hot does your M9 get?

My M9 routinely gets up to 114F according to GSM battery app. The phone does get extremely warm. I know many sites are saying the overheating is exaggerated. To me this seems too hot. Do you guys run that hot? Is this normal?

At times I gets warm.. esp during charging .... My phone was getting really hot when I had a bad file on my sd card.... I took it out and reformatted and it's been normal ..... Do you have an sd card in yours?

Won't the phone auto turn off when it's too hot, mine hits 115 when under heavy use but seems to run ok.

Mine usually runs around 90-95 or so and only broke 100 once today. However, I can make it overheat real quick. GPS + Bluetooth + 4G + Nav app + screen on + being plugged into my car's USB will cause it to stop charging. Keep in mind that my car's USB is only supplying less than 1A.

Anyone have a S6 or other phone that they can put through the same paces as the M9? I would like to see the temperature differences across devices under the same circumstances.

I really do not like hearing this considering this is typical use for my M8.
