If you go with SquareTrade, Google coupons for it. Almost always one for 20% off. Got mine for $69/yr with $99 deductible. Have used their claim service twice in the past and the whole process was quick and results very satisfactory.

True about reliability. Ideally, I would have liked to use Samsung Care but have read a lot of negative comments about their customer service.
