I just got hit for$1000

Nope. Samsung keeps telling me to go to Fed ex. Fed ex called the cops on me for my insistent calling. They told me not to call them anymore.

I'm giving them a week off and I'm calling them again. They aren't getting away with this
Sorry to hear that. This happened to me one time, fortunately the phone finally showed up. FedEx is a terrible company. Samsung needs to change everything to UPS.

I agree, FedEx is just terrible. I remember ordering a monitor once and even took a 1/2 day off work to sit and wait for deliver. The FedEx driver showed up and decided he didn't want to unload the huge things and just marked it as "Customer not present" even though I was there waiting. So I had to wait yet another day for the regular driver to get my monitor.

That sucks when they do that

my mistake by mentioning verizon!!

i had 2 choices, ups or verizon, i dropped my trade-in off at a verizon store....wasn't taking any chances!!
I will have to see if T-Mobile has this option the next time I upgrade. I think this would be the safest bet because when they take your trade in at the store, they put all kinds of notes in and can't deny that they got it. lol

Still no results. FedEx says Samsung needs to file a claim. Samsung says that I need to wait for the package to arrive.

I guess the next step will require the police to be called by one of us out of the 3.
This is exactly what the process was for me, but I got lucky and the package finally did show up. Samsung and FedEx just puts you into I vicious cycle. I know using my own shipper puts the burden of proof on my shoulder for delivery, but it appears using what Samsung tells you to use is no different.

I don't think calling the police is going to do much for you. Probably need a lawyer at this point which you will probably still lose money, but it's the principle sometimes.
