how i can reset my samsung galaxy a5 private mode password?

i have forgotten my private mode password. how can i reset the password without loosing my data kept in private mode. i have samsung galaxy A5.

You can't reset your password, but you can install Smart Switch and backup all of your data and then do a factory reset.
Smart Switch will not be able to restore anything thing that is in private mode because those files are encrypted.
The best you can do is to keep trying any password or pin you may have ever used.
