I noticed that the LG G6 price has dropped or there is a promotion going on at Verizon where it's $20/month for a total of $480. I thought I would contact Verizon to see if they could discount my payments to reflect the price drop. Because I have had my phone longer than 14 days, they weren't able to give me the price difference. She really wanted to help me in anyway possible. She first ended up giving me a $50 one time loyalty credit because I've been a Verizon customer a long time. Then she asked if I still had my previous phone, my LG G4. Which I still do and is worth $75 so they're sending out a prepaid shipping envelope for me to send it in.
If you are within that 14 day period, they will honor the price drop. You just need to call or chat online like I did and ask them. I'm not saying that they'll definitely give you the $50 loyalty credit, but it's certainly worth a shot.
