How I got 360.00 in credits from Samsung promotions.

So Thursday I received an email saying that my 200. 00 credit was ready to use with a blue button that says Redeem Now. I go to the website and ordered a case but couldn't find anything else I wanted so I checked out. Later that day I changed my mind about a case that I didn't initially want. I go to order and all my credits is gone. So I called Samsung was on a phone for about an hour until the supervisor said that I needed the e-commerce department because I bought the phone directly from Samsung. Waited and hour for a callback, explained the situation to the nice lady and she put me on hold and it hung up. So I called back and put in for a callback. They said the callback was estimated 4 hour wait. They called me back around 11:30pm and the guy said just cancel the original order for 39.99 and you'll get your credit back. So I did and just like that there goes my 200.00. Then later in the day I received another email saying that they apologized for the inconvenience and gave me the original 160.00 credit that I originally called about.

Honestly doesn't sound like it is worth the full day hastle, but enjoy!
