I tried HTC Sync and Vcast but I can't access anything.

Hook the phone to the computer with a USB cable and copy/paste. Or, take out the SD Card, use an adapter, put it in your computer, and copy paste.

Also, make sure you choose the option to mount the phone as a hard drive on the phone when u connect it. This should allow you to navigate thru it with windows explorer.

I use WiFi file explorer. Fire it up and you get a url which is your phone. Browse, copy, enjoy. no cables needed.

As per above. USB and mount it as a hard drive is the same thing - just with a cable.
