How is 1440 x 2560 QUAD HD?

On a 5" screen? Get out your magnifying glass if you want to see. Cast to a 60" real QHD screen it's fantastic. (Of course, QHD 60" screens aren't cheap - they're not even just expensive. Most "QHD TVs" aren't QHD, they can just display QHD signals - so can a 720p TV.)

If HD is 1080p how is 1440 x 2560 Quad HD ??

It's four times 720p, which is 1280x720.

So 1280x720 when you quadruple it is 2560x1440.

EDIT: For this to make more sense, you need to imagine these resolutions as rectangles, and not just linearly. It's in "total area" where QHD is quadruple just HD. FHD is typically used when talking about 1080p.
