How is the call quality of the Samsung S8?

[Android Central Question]

I'm in the market to upgrade from my Note 4. I'm 63 and recently discovered I have some moderate hearing loss. It's next to impossible to find info on good old fashioned call quality anymore. I finally just read that the S8 has some super duper tricks to enhance call quality. Any feedback out there?

Excellent on my S8+ (63 also).

Call quality / Volume on my s8 is good.

Occasionally this can be hindered by quality of Network Signal.

I find the quality problems are more on the other end as more numbers move to VOIP.

my s8+ has great call quality! loud and clear. better than my note7/5, all on T-Mobile.
