How is the one plus customer service now a days in your country?

Back when i lived in India i bought a One X and had the most abysmal service when i wanted to fix the broken front panel. I decided that i'll never give them a penny. Has it changed now? How's your experience been now? Have you had to RMA it for any reason?

Actually we do not have in Egypt I am big fan of One Plus but they don't have a sole agent and I believe many users like me would love to own it but afraid of luck of support in case any thing goes wrong while we have many other Chinese brands who deliver services to Egypt ..

I've only had 2 experiences with OnePlus service here in the US. Once was an item I purchased went on sale 2 days after I bought it and they resolved it quickly and easily.
The other time was 2 months ago. My camera quit focusing on my OP3. They fixed it and got it back to me in less than a week.
Their customer service is one of the best that I have ever had with any company.
