How its possible Android tv Box 336mb ram?

I bought a tv box android and I run a apk call CPU-Z and give me something I never see 336mb ram full capacity how its possible?

Welcome to Android Central! Are you surprised by the nonstandard amount (i.e., not 256 MB, 512 MB, or 1 GB)? Perhaps they threw together an odd combination of chips, like a 256 MB, 64 MB, and 32 MB chip. This would yield 352 MB, but the total reported RAM doesn't always add up to the expected amount--it can be related to how things are accounted for. As a comparison, my Nexus 5 is advertised as having 2 GB of RAM, but CPU-Z reports it as having 1856 MB.

Ok I appreciate your concern about this but, look I know under windows S.O. the hard drive capacities lost about 10% that I know in memory ram I allways read and study about 16mnb 32mb 64mb 128mb 256mb 512mb 1024mb etc... never ever hear about 336mb? I'm new in android things but I bought a tvbox android with 1gb ram and then when I go to settings the system says 336mb way? I hope you understand and many thanks
