I sent my Note7 back to ENR Support in Canada after they finally agreed to replace my free Note7 device with a Galaxy S7 Edge. Since I sent it in over a month ago now I received one update stating that new stock of S7 Edge phones has arrived and Samsung should be shipping out phones within 1-2 business days. It was a generic notice, and approximately 10 days have passed since with no update at all for me. I tried unsuccessfully reaching out to Samsung several times over the past 3 weeks. I never get any response and phoning in the phone support has no information to share since they are not connected to the ENR Support group. I have been without a phone now for about 1 month (technically only, I do have a BlackBerry Priv and an iPhone 6s Plus as well to hold me over but still).
Can anyone comment, from the time that you sent Samsung your device in Canada, how long did it take for you to get an S7 Edge? Did anyone go through ENR Support specifically and how long did that take? Being as disorganized as they have been to date (it took nearly 2 months for Samsung to even acknowledge that they need to replace my phone), I am worried that they will not complete my replacement. The more time goes by without movement, the more I am concerned about this.
