How long does is it taking for trade-in refunds?

I traded in my Pixel 8 pro and Pixel 8 for Pixel 9 Pro and Pixel 9. Received an email from Google 11 days ago stating that they received my devices, and that trade-in review can start. Even after 11 days status still shows that they are assessing my old device. How long does it take them to complete the assessment and issue a refund?

My 6 was processed very quickly a second phone, sent a few weeks later, is taking forever. Was received, sat around before they acknowledged it, and is now in process. I am guessing one phone came in before a flood, and that they are now behind....

Normally it would have been pretty fast. My 2 phones (P8 Pro and a P Fold) were ok'ed and 3 days later I checked my Google financing and the credits had gone through.

Mine was fast. Shipped on a Wednesday. Arrived Friday. Refund given on Tuesday. So they don't work on weekends.

Mine took 8 days, 4 days after it was signed for. No big deal either way, but the "24 hours after receiving" note should probably be adjusted, IMO, if they're beyond predicted capacity...

My trade-in was through Google Fi. It took 5 days for receipt to be acknowledged by Google Fi, another 7 days to receive trade-in credit.
9/21 dropped phone off at UPS store (this was a Saturday)
9/25 UPS tracking indicates phone was delivered.
9/30 received email saying phone was received.
10/7 trade-in credited
