How long does rooting take?

I have all the files and drivers set everything up. it says its pushing the files to my phone...but nothing has happened for over 10 min...thats all its been saying. should I unplug it? will that brick my phone?

Please help...soooooo new to this

You shouldn't be rooting your phone in the first place. That voids the phone warranty.

However, if you choose to do so... it's your own business.

Stop what you're doing and see if you can revert the phone back to its original state. There are several threads with tutorial on how to root. I can't seem to find the link at this time.

I hope someone will come along to assist you on this.

i answered your question there, and yes you do these things at your own risk but chances you will really brick your phone are slim to none and using odin we can have you back in stock state in a matter of minutes
