How long does the process take for Amazon trade in with Samsung?

Last week, I bought a Note 20 ultra and submitted a trade in for my pixel 4xl. I received an email from Samsung four days after confirming my trade in and to look out for another email with instructions and a shipping label. It's been 8 days and no label.

I would contact Samsung support. You can open a chat through their app or online.

I didn’t trade in through Amazon, I traded in with Samsung directly and mine was received by Samsung on 9/4 and I got an email today that trade in was approved so Samsung took a while as well. Also I never received a return label I had to print it out from my order summary with Samsung.

With Samsung you always print it out....at least it's been that way for me the couple of years.
