How long til Android L?

All I know it is meant to be available end of October and some manufacturers have promised a 90 day turnaround for example htc

Really depends on the carrier and how fast they want to release it.

HTC may have it ready to go by 90 days, but VZW and AT&T and T-Mobile and everyone else will need to release it after adding their own bloat to it.

Yes, my dev edition M7 received the KitKat update within the 90 "promised" period! Mid January! HTC is great in pushing our updates. Carriers(AT&T, Verizon, etc), not so much. My M8 Dev Edition is being updated promptly as well.
