How many bits is the audio playback on the V20?

My laptop has a maximum 24 bit, 192,000 Hz playback quality. Kinda sounds like the V20 sounds better. I'm connecting them both to an auxiliary cord, playing on my Mackie studio monitors.

I think it's 24 bit as well. Not sure about the hz though. The V20 might have a better DAC though. Only reason that I can think of.

The quad dac chipset (ES9218) was designed by ESS in California. It's capable of delivering a 32-bit 394kHz output...but more importantly the chipset also promises a 130dB SNR, 124dB DNR and -112dB THD+N to please audiophiles. Not sure if your laptop can match those numbers.
