How many HTC one DUAL SIMs are there?I

I did try asking HTC this question but support did not know (!)

I am in UK and there are two offers for pre order - both the same price. Does not describe the difference.

I also see that there are forum varients for the HTC ONE S or V etc

Not sure what the difference is or how t will apply to UK DUAL SIM

If anyone can enlighten me please?
