AC Question
I got totally scammed. Best Buy and Samsung, here I come.
When a sales person tells you that if you pre order your phone "today", you get a $600.00 bundle promotion? VR goggles, Headphones and 256 Gigs of memory only to find out that THEY SOLD OUT BEFORE YOUR PHONE ARRIVED AT THE STORE. What kind of promotion is this? Now they want a $35.00 restocking fee. (Side note, Best Buy called me on the 20th and asked if I could come in on the 22nd because they were really busy on the day I was to pick up my phone.) I WILL NOT LET THIS REST. I am going to shout it from the roof tops and I will be in Best Buys parking lot on Saturday with flyers. I will stop every person heading in the door. How do you sell out of a pre order promotion item? I pre ordered therefore, they should know in advance how many bundles they need to be prepared to provide. They can shove the terms and conditions up their A**. This is fraud either on Samsungs side, Best Buys side or both. I have spent thousands of dollars in Best Buy over the years. Appliances, Televisions, Computers, Phones. They will never get another dime from me. The sales girl stated that SOLD OUT on 4/20/2017. My phone wasn't even available at the store until the 21st and they called on the 20th and asked me to come in on the 22nd.....DOES ANYONE SEE WHAT'S WRONG WITH THIS? SCAM
