how many pixels for the highest quality photo

I would like to know what should my pixels be for taking the highest quality picture? my cell has 6 different picture sizes ranging: #1-3072 x 1728 (16:9), #2 - 2560 x 1920 (4:3), #3 - 2048 x 1152 (16:9), #4 - 1600 x 1200 (4:3), #5 - 1280 x 720 (16:9), #6 - 1024 x 768 (4:3)

If you multiply those pairs of figures, that will tell you how many pixels there are in each case.
Whether you use 16:9 or 4:3 is your choice.
