How many seconds do u have on the Optimus camcorder to be able to email it or upload?

when using the camcorder touch the bottom icon on the setting menu. It's beside the record button. It will say YouTube or MMS or Low or High, and each should have a time in parentheses beside it. ie YouTube (High, 10m)
