How many users have decided to keep their V20?

I finally feel like my phone is mine without being in fear of having to return it and have to go through the set up all over again.

I don't understand your problem with the screen. I've owned 5 Samsung phones, all with Super AMOLED screens. And I love the IPS display on the v20.
It is like the LCD vs Plasma argument with TVs years back. I agree with you. I think the screen is great. It can be adjusted through accessibility options to tweak it also. AMOLED really pops a d looks beautiful but in reality it is very unnatural. It was like when Dorothy left the house is Oz. Colors were super bright and looked awesome but in real life it isn't quite that bright. Plasma TV and the LG V20 offers colors in a more natural presentation. People will argue it is too warm and blue (which can be adjusted) but in general it is just more natural. I do not think one is truly better than the other. Watch a movie in HD on the V20 and then tell me about it. Beautiful. It is just whatever someone is used to or prefers

There was never a question of my keeping the V20. My experience with LG's flagship has been 100% positive through two weeks; bodes well for the V30. Even as it has no stylus I appreciate the V20 more than I did my Second Note7 which was a stunning performer prior to its untimely end. I would have liked to team the Note7 and the V20; that's a lot of power.

It has been about 2 weeks for some users. Just curious to how many members here are going to keep their LG V20? :D :)

Had a note 7 prior.

Keeping mine.... Picked it up late last Friday. I have it set up to where its functional for work and personal. Stronger call and Wi-Fi too. The expanded storage helps too. Learning the shortcuts that make this phone work for me.

The thing that drives me crazy now is that my S7e doesn't have double-tap to wake. My V20s and V10 have it and I've gotten used to it like second nature. When I double-tap on on my S7e's screen it just does nothing and stares back at me as if to say, "Really? REALLY?!"
Oh man that's been happening to me for years now.. When I have someone else's phone and I double tap it.. I get extremely disappointed hahah

Would it hurt Samsung to copy that? Surely, they don't mind copying. I should just sell the S7e and get a G5.

Definitely keeping mine :)
I moved from my V10 to the V20 so it's simple.

Lateck,

Had to give up my note 7, so I got the v20 I also prefer the Amoled screens on Samsung phones, and the physical home button and TouchWiz but I don't want to pay a restocking fee so I'm keeping the v20 til the next note comes out.

I HATE the physical home button. There is no good reason to have it on an Android phone.

I decided to cancel my pre-order since it seemed like it would never come and just went to the store to buy the v20 on one of my lines. So far I like it but still a little on the meh side for me.

It's super fast which is nice coming from the s7 edge, but there's no comparison between the screens and the cameras (at least in low light.) Obviously the screen isn't as vibrant as the amoled screen, but the viewing angles are terrible comparatively. Watching a video while eating with the phone sitting on the table causes the screen to wash out pretty badly. It's not a question of which is more accurate/natural (basic mode on the s7 and note 7 are more accurate.) LG's screen tech is just behind the curve at this point. The screen on the iPhone 7 plus looks better in person, and that's still 1080p.

As far as the camera, just pulling it out and snapping a in less than ideal lighting seems to be pretty well behind the s7e. The s7 focuses much faster in these situations.

If this phone didn't have a removable battery and ir blaster I'd definitely be returning it, but it's the only large phone game in town nowadays that offers these features so I'll just have to adjust.
