How much faster is the fast charging charger supposed to be?

How much faster is the fast charging charger supposed to be? (compared to a regular Samsung 2.0A USB charger, like those that cam with the Note 3 and S5)

It should do 50% in 30 minutes . without it we are looking at probably 30% in 30 minutes

I'm no where near that time frame with fast charging below 40% I'm guessing that charge time is if the phone is off and charging maybe?

It's also up to a certain percentage. The lower you are, there faster the charge. The closer you get to 100, the slower it gets.
