How much RAM is your Fascinate using?

Just curious. About how much RAM does everyone's Fascinate use on average? Mine fluctuates from as low as 212 to as high as 235 whenever I check the task manager. How can you check what is using the most RAM at any given moment on the phone?

Task manager is telling me 277 right now.

I like to check using the Processes tab in an app called Quick System Info. I currently have 173 free. The beauty of Android is that it dynamically free's up memory as necessary without user input or the requirement of a 3rd party task manager.

Exactly, this is why I don't even bother looking at it. Unless, of course, it's to answer a forum post.

Mine is at 254. Is that high though? Maybe I'm just used to using a PC, but when my memory utilization gets that high things slow down. Not the case with the phone, but I just think that's high.

Apparently you guys are all pretty high (from a memory standpoint) in comparison to me I don't know what the heck I'm doing that I'm using so much more memory. I guess I have a lot more 3rd party apps running than you guys..

240 in use here. I only seem to have 60 to 90 free ever. Not rooted running Launcher Pro Plus

Androids start to struggle if RAM goes below 35mb...therefore I think we are pretty safe.

I just DL'd the Quick system info app and I am sitting at 50.33mb load 12%. I hit the click me to end all and it jumped to 195

I just rooted last night but will renaming some of the bloatware keep some of these from showing up in the active processes. There are some I don't use but they are still populating.
