how often do you use the kickstand

I use it every day at my desk. I use it in portrait mode, when charging my phone and monitoring texts and emails.

Every night I use it in portrait mode on the nightstand as a clock. I don't really use it much for anything else, though sometimes it provides some sort of odd physical stimulation by just, um, playing with it. :-[

Never have use it yet. Because i barely use my phone to watch video. If you want to watch a video, kickstand is helpful.

I use it everyday! When I charge my phone at nite, and as a clock/alarm, when I listen to Pandora, watch UTube, read Kendal!

I use it for music a lot. When I'm in a bath, I put spa music on and kick it horizontally.

Use vertically when charging and have desk clock up.

Use while in bed or eating so can scroll and read with one hand.

Use it every day to listen to Pandora or FM Radio @ work while at my desk.
Most of the time in Portrait mode...
And while charging @ work.

I use it a couple times a week, scrolling emails while eating, watched a Blockbuster video, tired video chat (voice didn't work). It's an OK feature, but, I would GLADLY give it up for MORE BATTERY POWER.

I noticed some of the NEW HTC 4.3 phone no longer have the kick stand. It must not have rated high as a "must have" feature.

I don't. Hopefully future phones will eliminate them in favor or larger batteries. People who want a kickstand can always buy a case that includes one.

People seem to forget that it's not just the kick stand that's there, but the speaker as well. Now it's true that we may not need a speaker that large, but given that the speaker can't go anywhere else because of all of the antennas, making it smaller wouldn't add much juice.

In a way HTC, Verizon, and even ourselves are sort of hostage to our desire to have the fastest network. All of the other HTC phones that are "4G" are HSPA+ and there is a WiMax one in there, but it probably won't have very long battery life either.

The kick stand is negligible at best when it comes to whether or not we could have a larger stock battery.

Use it a lot, but the why did the genius engineers design it so that you can't lay it down landscape while plugged in? If the pivot point was opposite, that would work out much nicer. Frankly it doesn't bother me too much but since I saw this thread out there figured I'd put in my 2 cents! :-)

I use it at home if i have the alarm set,and every once in a while at work. So not much use at all, just cool to have.

Ha I use mine a lot. Listening to music, watching video, on a call or just to let it sit there haha

sent for my fantastic thunderbolt.

using it right now. Whenever it's charging on my desk i have it on the kickstand. Makes it easy to check for alerts etc.

Love the kickstand but i think i'm just going to use some type of paint on it to stop the peeling.

I use it religiously. It makes that little notification light a lot easier to see when it's pointing at you than laying flat.

I use mine very rarely. Its only peeling a very little spot on the back side edge.

I use the kickstand in the gym while using some workout apps. It's great for doing floor work, I just place it between me and my workout buddy.
