How often does everyone clean out apps?

Just curious how often everyone goes through and cleans out apps they don't use.
I try and take a look at what I have on my phone about once a month. Sometimes I'm amazed at the stuff I forget that I've downloaded.

I do roughly the same thing. Sometimes, for me, I find app y to replace app x, and forget to remove app x.
