How reliable A1 SD Bench app is?

I bought a 128GB UHS-1 (Class 10) MicroSDXC with 12.06 USD from a retail shop now I want to check if it's genuine or fake and since I don't have a computer/laptop to test it using H2testW, I found that testing my Memory card can be done through an android app that is called A1 SD Bench. Have anyone here tried out this app? Were the results reliable? thank you in advance.
