how ro skip configuration on an LGH LS655

I reset my Tribute 2 back to factory after it suddenly became password protected independently of me, which meant I did not have the password, and therefore could not use the phone. This is a Boost phone, but it has neither a SIM card, nor service. I have it to access the internet on WIFI. Post factory reset,. it has been sitting on a screen on which it claims that it is configuring the phone. What can I do to bypass this? I am not activating this phone with any kind of service or coverage.
