How to access stock Browser settings?

Hi everyone, I am not able to find the Stock Browser settings on my Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 which is running stock 4.1.2, i can only see the bookmarks icons and there is no icon for settings.

What happens when you press the Menu button?

Thanks for the help, i know i look dumb now but what can i do, i am used to ios and windows phone

Don't worry about it. Everything has its learning curve. I'd be lost on a Windows Phone at first, too! And my wife's old iPhone 4s was never quite that intuitive to me, either.
