How to add contact info to lock screen screen

I have an oppo a96 and cannot find a way to add a message onto the lock screen.
Any help most appreciated.

If it does most phone's have it in lock screen settings

Another way would be to make a wallpaper with that info on it, and use it as your lock screen wallpaper.
