How to add widgets to Galaxy Note 3 lock screen?

I wanted to add the weather widget to the lock screen so I don't have to unlock to see what the weather is.

Can/How? to do this

If you swipe the screen from top kinda quick on your lock screen , weather will show. Well, about 1/4 inch from top.

Just put your finger on the clock and drag down.
