How do i switch to 3G?
Remember when u could turn off data sync to save battery but still use internet when needed, how do u do that?
Any battery saving tips that DON'T involve me rooting the phone?

sweet, thanks for the info. Frustrating that I could not switch to 3G after the ics update. 4G just drained my battery quickly. With the Phone info app, I was able to switch back to 3G. If i want to go back to 4G, which is the correct option to select? LTE only? LTE/WCDMA?

Not certain as this technical stuff is a bit over my head, but when I initially got the app I was on 4g and it was set at LTE/CDMA/EvDO . That is what I'm going to use until someone tells me differently.

Its frustrating that i can't simply go under the settings, like before, to switch between 3g and 4g....

It's been mentioned several times in the various ICS threads, but here it is again. Seems the easiest way for most people is to go to the Play store, then go to the All Apps tab. You will find it in there if it's been installed in the past. An alternate method is to log into the Play store from a computer and do a manual search for Adobe Flash. You can then push the installation to your phone from there.

Only thing I've found stock for that is the full Power Control widget with the toggle for GPS, wifi, Bluetooth, and brightness. I love it, but it does take up a whole line on the screen.
