How to allow or disable app notifications in do not disturb

How do I disable "do not disturb" for a particular app I can't find anything in the app that says allow notifications or ignore do not disturb on my Android S-22

You can allow app notifications in DND otherwise it won't if you don't select to add as an option

So by default it won't allow any app notifications until you select in the picture above which ones you want to allow
