How To Apply For The Free Samsung Buds (Or $130 Credit)?

I received the phone but no indication at all about how to get this benefit. Can someone explain how to apply for this promotion?

You open Shop Samsung and the offer should be there (it might have not been active until today).

I press the button to claim and all i get is a white screen.

Any ideas please?

I would rather have the credit so I can order the black buds. Do they give you a choice?

Nope. The credit is only if they 'run out' of buds (which for some ordering directly from Samsung, was already the case).

In the case of the $130 credit, I was told by a Samsung rep yesterday that if you ordered from them and the certificate was your option, it will come in 15 days via email after your order has been shipped.

I was actually surprised to see that it would go out that fast. I had heard somewhere that there was a six week delay.

Same exact thing I did. It probably took less than a minute to register and I got an approval email about 30 seconds after I submitted. It recognizes your device info. right away so you just need some personal info. and that's it. Very simple.

Wow they are a month out now. Yesterday people were saying they are shipping next week. Probably getting back ordered.

I would much rather have the black ones but I ordered through Best Buy first day so I'm assuming I will get the white. Do you think if I wait long enough I will be given the certificate?

Wow, just got a message saying i am not eligible and now they are not showing, i am going to go dolally at Samsung and they can take the phone back! I hate the finger printer reader anyway so wouldnt take much for me to send it back!

I've just had the exact same message...... I've been worried about claiming the Buds since I pre-ordered..... Looks like I'll be messaging Samsung!

Got my phone today from best buy that I preordered on the 1st. I did the claim almost immediately and about an hour later was emailed that it was approved and that my buds would be sent the week of the 1st. Nice !
